Oxana Siegert completed her law degree at the Moscow University of Informatics, Finance, Law and Administration. She then obtained a diploma in business administration with a focus on international management, human resources and organization at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
After completing her studies, she worked for several years in the logistics industry in the areas of sales and customer service. Then she changed to the fashion industry and took over tasks in sales, controlling, organizational development and business development before she went into management consulting. In the course of this she acquired additional qualifications as a process and project manager according to GPM/IPMA Level D, Scrum Master (PSM I) and Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) according to Scrum.org.
She coordinates the implementation of the current and new “Solar Schools” projects in Russia, Central Asia, South Asia and Georgia.
